I do not have data on my mobile plan, what should I do?

No worries, here's what you can do. If you're on your mobile device, you can use the Atom app or website on wifi to buy your ticket. Then you can screenshot your QR code and save it as an image, or add it to Apple Wallet or save it to your Android phone. The QR code is what you need to get into the theater.

In the app:

  1. Tap the Atom Hub at the top left, then tap "Ticket & Rallies"

  2. Select “View Tickets." Here you can view the pending order and the corresponding QR code

  3. On the order details page, you can add this order to your Apple wallet by tapping the “Add to Wallet” icon on the top right of the screen, or "Save to Phone" for Android phones

From the Website: If you're using the website to purchase tickets, you also have the option to print your tickets.

  1. At the top right of the screen, tap "Hi Your Name"

  2. Under "My Account" select "My Profile"

  3. Under "My Tickets & Invites", select "View Ticket"

  4. Select "Print My Ticket" on the right side of the screen
