My plans changed - can I cancel my order?

Permanently deleted user -

You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes before showtime from within the Atom App. Charges to your credit or debit card will be returned within 5 business days after cancellation.

To cancel an order (In-App):

  1. Tap My Profile (bottom right)
  2. Tap on the ticket (if you have more than one ticket, click "View All" to see more)
  3. Tap Cancel Order
    • When prompted to cancel select, "Yes"

The order has now been canceled successfully. Note: Canceled orders containing a promotional code or discount are automatically returned to your account making them available for use immediately. We will also send you a cancellation message to the email address or phone number on your account.
