Yes, you can cancel your order after you make a purchase as long as it's before showtime. After showtime, please contact Atom customer support for assistance.
To cancel an order (In-App):
- Go to the Menu
- Found by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top left corner
- Tap My Tickets & Rallies
- To view a list of all current orders
- Tap View Event
- Select the event you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Order
- When prompted to cancel select, "Yes"
To cancel an order (Website):
- Log in and click "Hi(your name)"
- Found in the top right menu
- Click My Tickets and Invites
- Locate the order you want to cancel
- Click View Ticket
- This will open the order confirmation page
- Under Info click "View your order details"
- This will open the order details page
- Click Cancel Order
- When prompted to cancel click, "Yes"
The order has now been canceled successfully. Note: Canceled orders containing a promotional code or discount are automatically returned to your account making them available for use immediately. We will also send you a cancellation message to the email address or phone number on your account.
If it is after showtime, you will either need to have the theater manager refund your ticket, reach Atom customer support at support@atomtickets.com.
